Attention residents of Dillon, CO! With LabCorp’s recent closure in nearby Frisco, we understand that finding a convenient alternative for your lab testing needs has become a priority. We’re pleased to announce that Peaks Medical and Urgent Care is stepping up to fill that gap with comprehensive lab collection services. Here’s everything you need to know about our offerings and how we’re making the transition smooth for you. If you prefer to use a LabCorp Facility 

Our facility now offers collection services for LabCorp. We’re dedicated to providing you with a hassle-free experience and are available seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Important Details to Remember:

• No Appointments Needed: Services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. For your lab collections, just walk in during our operating hours.
• Bring Required Paperwork: To avoid any delays, please ensure you have the official LabCorp or Quest paperwork, complete with accurate insurance and NPI information.
• Receiving Results: Lab results will be sent directly to your ordering provider and your Laborp patient portal.
• Due to HIPAA regulations, Peaks Medical and Urgent Care does not receive lab results or insight into the processing timeline. We are solely the collection site. 

Billing Information

It’s important to note that Peaks Medical and Urgent Care is solely responsible for collecting lab samples. All billing and insurance processing will be handled directly by LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics.
